So when director Rajkumar Hirani halted filming of a PK scene yelling 'Cut, cut, cut. Bahut overacting ho raha hai yahan (too much overacting here)," astonishment was writ large on Aamir's face - what, me overact?

Not only did this mustachioed turbanator cackle a tad too theatrically, he almost began laughing even before Aamir's tiny tormentor in the scene tugged on the skirt that PK is costumed in.
"Thank you, Raju," says Aamir in this behind-the-scenes video, relieved that he wasn't the one in the dock.
He did, however, proceed to take the hapless extra's side, at least on camera. "Aise discourage karega toh shot kaise hoga (how will the shot happen if you discourage someone like this)?"
PK, co-starring Anushka Sharma and Sanjay Dutt, is expected to end 2014 with a bang. It's out on December 18.
